Franklin Middle School Summer Strength Training Program


Youth Enrichment Classes -
Spring/Summer 2024

The Franklin Middle School strength training, plyometric, agility, flexibility, and speed improvement program is of most importance to our student athletes. We use the H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) training program because we feel this program meets the needs of our student athletes. It’s a total body program that gives our student athletes a chance to develop a better physical and psychological body. Students will not be lifting heavy or doing any maxing out on any lift, rather they will be using mostly body weight exercises for the first half hour and for the second half hour we will spend time going over proper technique to prepare them for specific lifts when they get to LHS. Limit 20 per session.
