Self-defense involves using physical techniques to protect oneself from harm. "An Introduction to Taking Initiative" is designed to equip individuals with practical skills to defend against an attacker through strikes, pressure points, and joint locks. The focus is on recognizing threats and responding with the most effective course of action. Participants will also build greater awareness of how personal safety concerns influence everyday decisions and behaviors.
