You'll season rice, marinate and cook bulgogi, prepare fresh vegetables and a quick pickle, make a delicate omelet, and roll everything into beautiful kimbap. Along the way, you'll learn the differences between sushi and kimbap, master rolling techniques, and leave with the skills and confidence to create a variety of fresh, healthy, and delicious kimbap at home.
